Title: Who Do I Say I Am?: Identity and Decision-Making within Postsecondary STEM Engagement for Racially Minoritized Students
Abstract: This presentation will discuss strategies for fostering structural, cultural change in postsecondary STEM education research, policy, and praxis by leveraging the theorizing and experiences of racially minoritized undergraduate students to drive institutional transformation.
